Personalised Text Artwork Design:

Our Creative team will proceed to conceptualize your balloon design and send you the artwork via WhatsApp once order is being placed. Maximum lead time for the Artwork draft – 1 day before the actual date of your event.

– ONE Minor change is allowed on the draft

Rental of Easel Stand:

– A refundable security deposit $30 is required to be paid via paynow, hence you are advised to inspect the items during collection/delivery.
Our team will text via WhatsApp and provide the PAYNOW number.

– Pack the items nicely after your event and head down to our shop to return the items within 3 days after collection.
Collection option available with additional fees applies

– Once the returned items are deemed in satisfactory condition, the security deposit will be refunded within 3 business days.

– Security deposit will be deducted for any missing and/or damaged items and late return of rental props.

Things to note:

– Please avoid not to put the balloon under high temperature, direct exposure under the sun, friction and force etc. which might cause the balloon to deflate.

– Avoid any sharp objects and edges when placing the balloons.
